About ADI

Founded in 2002, the American Distilling Institute (ADI) is the voice of the new generation of artisan distillers. It is dedicated to the mission of disseminating professional information on the distilling process.

Its members are proud to say that their products are handmade and the ADI Blog is an effort to further recognize their efforts, contribution, and share information about artisanal and micro-distillation in the United States.
